**Job Opportunity:** Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to contribute to our data infrastructure and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and data pipelines, as well as the ability to translate complex data into meaningful results.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain robust ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and APIs to facilitate seamless data transfer.
  • Administer and optimize the EduFinance SQL database on Microsoft Azure for enhanced performance and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain data quality controls to ensure high-quality, clean, and well-documented data pipelines and dataflows.
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools to provide real-time insights and support data-driven decision-making.

**Business Intelligence & Analytics Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Power BI, Python, and Excel to uncover hidden patterns and trends in large datasets.
  • Present findings and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners in a clear and actionable manner, driving business growth and improvement.

**Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in data science, computer engineering, statistics, or another quantitative field required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in SQL development and database administration (Azure SQL preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines (Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, or similar tools).
  • Proficiency with APIs and data integration methods.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas, macros a plus).
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard/report design).
  • Proficiency in Python for data transformation, automation, and analysis.
