Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) developer to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, leveraging their expertise in analytics, data modeling, and visualization to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end data solutions, including data models, reports, and dashboards tailored to the needs of business partners across functions.
  • Collaborate with business leadership and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into data strategies and products.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and security in line with privacy laws and internal governance policies.
  • Create scalable pipelines and automation to streamline the delivery of recurring business metrics and eliminate manual reporting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using visual storytelling techniques that inform strategy and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and predictive modeling initiatives by collaborating with analytics teams.
  • Lead the deployment and optimization of BI tools for HR data visualization, and partner with IT to manage backend infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in BI, data engineering, or analytics roles, including hands-on development and architecture of enterprise-level BI platforms.
  • Advanced BI expertise, including report creation, data visualization, and publishing dashboards to deliver actionable insights.
  • Expertise in designing scalable data models and advanced SQL skills for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and familiarity with collaborative data workflows.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and team collaboration tools to streamline workflows and communication.
