Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

In addition to their technical skills, the Finance Operations Manager will need to possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Freshers/2–5 years of hands-on experience in accounting and compliance
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS
  • Strong MS Excel skills and ability to handle large data sets
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor daily fund positions
  • Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly financial statements
