Job Overview
Technical Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to telecom, VoIP, networking, and general communication services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical troubleshooting support over the phone to customers worldwide.
