We are seeking an experienced Creative Interior Design Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design, with expertise in creating innovative and functional spaces. They will possess excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and develop design concepts for corporate, residential, retail, and hospitality projects.
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
  • Source materials, furniture, and finishes in line with design, budget, and timelines.
  • Conduct site visits to assess conditions, monitor progress, and validate execution against design.
  • Prepare BOQs, quotations, and presentations, and participate in professional client negotiations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for on-time, quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and consultants to deliver integrated design solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and related tools.
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong creative thinking with the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs.
  • Must own a vehicle for office/site commuting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
