Job Title: Interior Design Professional - Creative Visionary

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative Interior Designer to spearhead our design team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for developing client-centric interior solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Experience: Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Design Excellence: Lead and ensure the accuracy and quality of all design deliverables, maintaining high standards of aesthetics and functionality.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a proven track record of leading and delivering at least 5-6 residential projects.
  • Key Expertise:
  • Proficiency in design tools, including PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in:
  • Conceptual Design: Layout planning, style development, and mood boards.
  • Technical Design: Material knowledge, execution strategies, and drawing preparation.
  • Modular Design: Understanding of materials, aesthetics, functionality, and module planning.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Result-oriented with strong teamwork and integrity.
  • Crisp and effective communication skills.
  • A proactive learner with a drive to enhance performance within an independent team setting.
