  • We are seeking an experienced software developer to join our AI and Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for you to take your software engineering career to the next level. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to finalize software solutions aligned with strategic goals.
  • You will have the opportunity to architect, design, and develop AI products for the core AI and Machine Learning team using generative AI, natural language processing, and other AI-ML technologies.
  • You will collaborate with software developers and data scientists, and work alongside product and development teams.
  • You will establish timelines for product features and communicate them to business stakeholders.
  • You will conduct data modeling for AI software solutions, determine data persistence strategies, and create data pipelines.
  • You will set coding standards for code repositories and perform code reviews.
  • You will oversee product deployments on public and private clouds, ensuring server costs are managed through monitoring and tuning.

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, operational stability, and Agile SDLC.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
  • Skill in technologies such as FastAPI, Spring, Agent Building tools, and LLMs.
  • Expertise in automation and continuous delivery methods, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within disciplines like cloud, AI, ML, and mobile.
  • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems, with experience in microservice design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and cloud services such as AWS, Terraform.
