We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Specialist to join our innovative team.

About the Role:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML solutions using traditional ML and Generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven and Gen-AI driven use cases.
  • Mentor and coach junior/mid-level engineers on best practices in ML, MLOps, and Gen-AI.
  • Develop and maintain expert knowledge in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and cloud platforms like Azure Machine Learning.
  • Design and operate robust pipelines for both structured data and unstructured data (text, embeddings) using Azure Data Factory, Databricks Jobs.
  • Work on embedding stores, vector databases, prompt-optimization, and cost/performance tuning for large Gen-AI models.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/Engineering/Ph.D in Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, including at least 2 years of hands-on Generative AI project delivery.
  • Track record of production deployments using Python, Azure ML, Databricks, and Gen-AI frameworks.
  • Hands-on data engineering experience designing and operating robust pipelines for both structured data and unstructured data.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Azure AI/ML, Databricks, or Generative AI specialties.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
