Service Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and technical support of our products across various customer sites.

This is a field-based position that requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service with frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair our products at customer locations.
  • Diagnose issues efficiently and resolve warranty complaints.
  • Provide on-site technical support and training to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for escalations and quick resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, visits, and complaint status.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company service protocols.
  • Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting and repair expertise in industrial or railway equipment.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and across India.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proactive, reliable, and committed to service excellence.
Requirements:
  • Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, engineering, or railway industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of service documentation and complaint tracking will be an advantage.
