Job Overview:

We're seeking a proactive Installation Manager to join our operations team, responsible for monitoring the installation process as per SOP and escalating any deviations to the management in a structured manner. Ideal candidates will possess knowledge of house wiring, inverter wiring, and power supplies, as well as proficiency in documentation.

  • Keenly observe the entire installation process at customer sites to ensure adherence to SOP
  • Ensure a seamless installation process and minimize error rates
  • Promptly address any technical issues that may arise during the installation process
  • Document any errors or discrepancies noticed during the installation process
  • Escalate any deviations from SOPs to the management in a timely and structured manner

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during installation
  • Providing timely support to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the installation process
  • Identifying and documenting any errors or discrepancies noticed during the installation process
  • Escalating any deviations from SOPs to the management in a timely and structured manner

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Educational background in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech or Diploma)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar industry
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
