Project Manager Operations Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and lead a government survey project focusing on slum areas in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating field operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving project efficiency.

  • Prepare, review, and submit timely and accurate project reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication and ensure project milestones are achieved.

A proven track record in operations/project management, preferably in government or social survey projects, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and manage teams involved in the survey project.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance project efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven experience in operations/project management.
