E-commerce Operations Manager

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central account.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to manage all aspects of our e-commerce business, including product listings, account health metrics, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings to improve visibility and drive sales.
  • Account Health Metrics: Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management.
  • Error Resolution: Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support.
  • Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
  • Skills: Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
  • Able to work under pressure: Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Amazon Ads: Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • SEO: Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
  • e-commerce tools: Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software skills.
