We are currently seeking a skilled Facility Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our coworking spaces.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in facilities management or administration, preferably in coworking, real estate, or hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Overseeing daily facilities operations across multiple locations.
  2. Managing housekeeping, security, vendor coordination, and maintenance schedules.
  3. Ensuring preventive maintenance and smooth functioning of MEP services.
  4. Handling administrative tasks including asset management, inventory, and procurement.
  5. SUPPORTING facility teams in delivering an exceptional member experience.
  6. Coordinating with internal teams & service providers for timely issue resolution.

Key skills required:

  • Strong organizational and people management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to operational needs.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with MEP, housekeeping, and vendor management is an added advantage.
