Business Analyst - Finance & Accounts

We are seeking an accomplished Business Analyst to join our Center of Excellence in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and digital transformation in Finance & Accounts.

  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of Finance & Accounts business processes to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally to eliminate inefficiencies and support digital transformation initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on process transformation, aligning solutions with business needs.
  • Manage business requirements and demand for the Finance & Accounts department with a focus on delivering end-to-end, sustainable solutions.
  • Establish BPM governance, performance metrics, and process ownership for transparency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with ICT, Digitalization, and Procurement teams to digitize and automate key processes ensuring UAT, adoption, and value realization.
  • Champion data-driven decision making through process mining, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Lead change management to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of industrial experience, including 5+ years with SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Signavio, and MS Visio.
  • Proficiency in SAP processes and Signavio with Finance & Accounts experience spanning banking, treasury, taxation, payments, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team collaboration and change management.
  • Qualifications: MBA/MCA/BTech/BE/MCOM/BBA/CA/CMA or equivalent.
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Signavio, SAP, PMP, Prince2, or ITIL are a plus.
