Key Responsibilities

Lead Transition and Transformation:

Implement Change Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute strategies to ensure smooth adoption of changes, including risk management and communication plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of experience in shared services, finance transformation, or transition management.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, project management, and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Personal Qualities:

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
