Job Title: Lead GenAI Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture: We're seeking an Architectural Leader to design and develop the AI infrastructure, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with our overall vision.
  • Implementation: As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for implementing major product components, driving innovation, and improving existing systems.
  • Ownership: Our ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate development teams, and ensure successful product releases.
  • Leadership: You'll foster a high-performing team through clear goal-setting, constructive feedback, and coaching.
  • Quality: Maintain exceptional code quality through regular design and code reviews.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines, including retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graphs.
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • A history of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and design teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus.
