Job Overview

This role combines user experience strategy, design expertise, and AI-augmented workflows to deliver seamless, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or contribute to the end-to-end design process: research → ideation → prototyping → UI delivery, using AI where it adds efficiency.
  • Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups — with AI tools accelerating initial drafts, and design judgment refining the final polish.
  • Experiment with coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations, while ensuring outputs are not generic.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing; use AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of insights.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
  • Maintain consistency through scalable design systems; contribute reusable components.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
  • Senior-level: 5–8+ years leading design projects with visible product impact.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG).
  • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision) plus comfort with AI/vibe coding tools.
  • Visual design mastery (typography, layout, color, motion) combined with interaction design depth.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
