Senior Enterprise Risk Manager Position

This role involves the development of a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management framework, which encompasses identifying, monitoring, and mitigating potential business risks that could impact organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Risk Assessment & Mitigation:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare the Annual ICAAP document and quarterly findings on pillar I and pillar II risks, including concentration risks, reputational risks, strategic risks, and compliance risk.
    • Compute RAROC and economic capital for various credit and treasury verticals.
    • Provide periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk thresholds to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Coordinate with business units to monitor risk related to concentration, growth, and portfolio quality.
    • Work with compliance and audit teams to ensure effective implementation of external regulations and policies.
    • Drive communication of risk-related policies, guidelines, and developments across the organization to enhance compliance.
  • Internal Process Optimization:
    • Submit RCA, LR, and RAQ returns to regulators at prescribed intervals.
    • Regularly review risk outlook and portfolio quality, recommending mitigation measures as necessary.
    • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of enterprise risk reports.
Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management from a reputable financial institution. Relevant certifications such as FRM or PRM are advantageous. MBA in Finance or Risk Management is preferred, along with Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, or Cost and Management Accountant qualifications.
