Development Coordinator

Our organization is seeking a skilled Fundraising & Research Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain an up-to-date donor database, research and map new prospects, and prepare concise donor and prospect briefs.
- Draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with our initiatives and keep proposal/report templates current and standardised.
- Contribute to donor newsletters, mailers, and impact communications, and lead the fundraising design and delivery of donor salons and stewardship events.
- Strong research, writing, and presentation skills, proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders, passion for theatre as an instrument for social good is preferable.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of fundraising principles and best practices.
