Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to lead our club as a Club Manager. This key position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- The Club Manager will be accountable for coordinating and executing club events, workshops, speaker sessions, and client visits. They will develop an annual activity calendar to track progress and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- This role will also involve acting as the point of contact for property owners, external partners, vendors, and members. The Club Manager will ensure timely follow-up on agreed points and maintain minutes of meetings.
Team Leadership
- The successful candidate will delegate, monitor, and evaluate team responsibilities. They will ensure staff comply with uniform policies while on duty and manage disciplinary actions involving club-level employees.
- In collaboration with management, the Club Manager will coordinate necessary approvals or procurement for employee matters.
Membership Experience
- The Club Manager will deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment for members. They will address concerns promptly and professionally, fostering a culture of attentiveness and responsiveness among staff.
- The role requires maintaining high standards of member interaction, reflecting the club's values and commitment to excellence.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- The Club Manager will ensure the club operates in full compliance with local and industry regulations. They will implement safety procedures to minimize risk and protect members and staff.
- Ongoing maintenance needs will be overseen by the Club Manager, who will also coordinate staff training in CPR/First Aid.
Program & Event Planning
- The successful candidate will strategically plan and oversee engaging fitness programs, wellness challenges, workshops, and social events catering to diverse member interests and goals.
- Collaboration with instructors and professionals will be essential in designing innovative offerings that enhance the member experience and support overall club engagement.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintaining documentation of all club activities will be crucial for audit and continuity purposes.
- The Club Manager will provide regular updates to the club president, coordinator, managing committee, and Ileseum Clubs management.
