Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to provide expertise and support for Microsoft 365 product applications.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with Level 1/1.5 support teams to ensure seamless issue resolution.
  • Provide technical expertise & excellent support for our Microsoft 365 product applications at a high level of proficiency.
  • Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to senior engineers or vendors as needed.
  • Work independently as well as part of a virtual, geographically dispersed team bringing a sense of urgency to tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced application support and incident management.
  • Collaborate with the Productivity Tools team to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide troubleshooting and resolving issues related to crashes, performance, installation, data loss, features, licensing, and deployment of Office applications and their add-ins within enterprise environments.
  • Support Outlook and native email clients, with deep knowledge of delegation, shared mailbox access, PST migrations, online archives, and related enterprise environment issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science engineering/technology)
  • Technical certifications would be an added advantage
  • Flexibility required to support a global user community

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background troubleshooting on enterprise Windows, Mac and iOS environments as well as the MS Office 365 applications that reside on those platforms.
  • Expertise in supporting Office applications and their add-ins within enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Adobe applications is beneficial.
  • ITIL and Major Incident Management knowledge
  • Comprehensive problem-solving skills to identify and solve issues quickly.
