As a motion graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating impactful animated explainer videos and supporting various digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Create Motion Graphics: Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables such as corporate videos, solution explainers, marketing demos, etc.
  • Develop Design Plans: Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects.
  • Produce Motion Graphics Media: Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Team: Collaborate with the creative lead and writer to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate Audio and Visual Elements: Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, and other elements for graphic design.
  • Resolve Technical Issues: Work with other designers to resolve technical and/or design issues.
  • Edit Video Footage: Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
  • Assist in Storyboard Development: Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
  • Participate in Brainstorming Sessions: Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
  • Maintain Graphic Files: Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
  • Stay Current with Graphic Design Techniques: Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques.
  • Ensure Design Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.

Requirements include strong technical skills and proven ability to use software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. Experience with 3ds Max and Cinema 4D is a plus. Additionally, the ability to partner with other creative team members and key stakeholders, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong project management skills are essential.
