Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, ads, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create captivating motion graphics and animations that align with our brand's creative vision.
  • Translate static visuals into compelling motion-led storytelling that resonates with our audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative video concepts that drive results.
  • Edit video content, add motion effects, and design animated elements to enhance visual impact.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, providing expert insights on motion graphics and animation.
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity across motion and static assets.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Cinema 4D/Blender is an asset).
  • Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling in motion.
  • Ability to combine typography, illustration, and video into captivating animated content.
  • Knowledge of social media formats, trends, and what performs well in motion.
  • Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, and open to experimenting with new techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience in motion graphics or video design (agency experience is advantageous).
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional animation skills and attention to design.
  • Degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred (but not mandatory if portfolio is strong).
