Opportunity Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual with strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills to join our Lending Services team in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of under-construction and operational project finance counterparties.
  • Analyze projects related to power generation (solar, hydro, wind, thermal, etc.) and other infrastructure projects.
  • Work on project finance deal models and conduct sensitivity analysis, DCF analysis, repayment tests, calculating and analyzing discount factors, PLCR, and DSCR.
  • Understand and analyze deal-related documents, including credit agreements, term sheets, off-taker agreements, O&M agreements, EPC contracts, independent engineers' reports, construction reports, operation reports, and budgets.
  • Analyze financial statements, performance trends for assessing the creditworthiness of large corporates.
  • Manage client portfolios and handle rating assignments.
  • Prepare credit reports (annual/quarterly reviews) including profiles, key rating considerations, credit risk assessments, financial peer analysis, rating rationales, and outlooks.
  • Built forecast Excel models.
  • Analyze business models, identify strengths, weaknesses, risks, understand revenue models, and corporate structures of counterparties.
  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures and policies, including compliance documentation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, policies, and regulations.
  • Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance or CFA or M. Com or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Able to multitask independently under tight timelines and maintain attention to detail.
