In this pivotal role as Supply Chain Procurement Manager, you will spearhead the enhancement of material and product functions to align with budgeted BOQs at Livspace. Your expertise in sourcing and vendor management will ensure seamless alignment with supply plans.

Key Responsibilities :

  • You will engage proactively with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance teams) to track/resolve critical parameters/issues.
  • Product rates, vendor project POs, invoices, GST filings, and payments will be under your primary ownership.
  • You will manage contract vendors' ratings, bandwidth, rewards, and churning, along with day-to-day escalation management.
  • Monthly town halls with vendors will be conducted by you.
  • Active involvement in special projects/initiatives is expected.

Essential Skills And Expertise

  • A graduate/postgraduate degree from a reputable Tier 2/Tier 3 institute.
  • 1-2 years of experience in vendor management or operations is mandatory.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and good communication skills are required.
  • Moderate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is necessary.
  • Good aptitude and an extremely high level of ownership are expected.
  • The ability to prioritize work proactively is crucial.

Estimated Salary: ₹8-10 lakhs per annum. This figure is based on industry standards and location considerations. It may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
