About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement and Supply Chain Expert to join our team at Livspace. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive procurement excellence, improve supply chain efficiency, and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance) to develop and implement procurement strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services.
  • Manage vendor performance, track key metrics, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and service levels.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, assess their capabilities, and evaluate potential partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze spend data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
