Customer Service Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs and support the growth of our team.

This role involves designing and delivering engaging training content, including workbooks and assessments, to enhance the knowledge and skills of new hires.

  • Develop and implement process notes and training materials that meet our high standards.
  • Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and design targeted training modules.
  • Train all new employees, prepare them for their roles, and own responsibility for critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the first 45 days.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in classroom, online, and blended training delivery, with at least 2 years as a master trainer.
  • Practical experience implementing the ADDIE and Kirkpatrick evaluation models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.

In addition to the above requirements, the successful candidate will possess:

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a bias for action.

We are looking for someone who is resourceful, takes ownership of their work, and has the courage to be original.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

  • Design and deliver engaging training content, including workbooks and assessments.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Own responsibility for critical KPIs within the first 45 days.
