Job Title: AI Governance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in Artificial Intelligence to drive the strategic implementation and governance of AI tools. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our AI initiatives are executed with precision, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data.
  • Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics.
  • Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Maintain a detailed internal admin guide and develop knowledge bases for developers and end users.
  • Deliver training sessions and serve as an escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in AI applications engineering or a related role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in AI tools, particularly Google Gemini, OpenAI, and Anthropic.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy controls and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
