Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Credit Cards Fraud Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our fraud and dispute process team, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and resolving fraud and dispute cases.

  • You will investigate and analyze fraud and dispute cases related to Mastercard transactions, ensuring timely resolution according to defined SLAs.
  • You will review transaction details, customer claims, and supporting documentation to validate disputes and identify fraudulent activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex financial data to detect irregularities and prevent financial losses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless case resolution and maintain high-quality case handling standards.
  • Mentor junior associates by sharing best practices and providing guidance on complex cases.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance fraud detection and dispute resolution efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-4 years of experience in fraud management, dispute resolution, or related operational roles within the payments or banking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing systems, card schemes (preferably Mastercard), and fraud detection methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex transaction data and detect irregularities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
