Job Title: Content Editor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced content editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify facts, dates, statistics, and other information in the content to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Ensure content follows the publication's style sheet, brand guidelines, and tonality
  • Conduct research when necessary to fact-check and validate the information in the content
  • Reformat and reorganize content as needed to improve its readability and appeal
  • Work closely with the editorial team to ensure all content meets the publication's standards for ethical journalism

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or a related field
