Revenue Growth Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Leader to join our team at Della Group. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales collateral to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury resorts or hotels.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
