Job Opportunity: Reservations Specialist

Our company is seeking a highly skilled reservations specialist to manage end-to-end reservations processes and create a foundation for growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing reservations across various channels, ensuring seamless guest communication, and maintaining accurate data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations through online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings, update rates, availability, and content.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations or front office operations in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets and PMS systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email composition.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
