The role of the UX Designer is multifaceted and challenging. It involves leading UX from research and ideation to prototyping and execution. We use Figma to create high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Conducting user research, usability testing, and applying insights to refine design solutions are also key responsibilities. Collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders for implementation is crucial.

Maintaining information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products is essential to delivering a cohesive user experience.

Presenting design concepts and iterating based on stakeholder and user feedback is an ongoing process. Leveraging data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows is also critical.

Monitoring UX metrics and continuously improving design outcomes is vital to our success.

  • Drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction
  • Create scalable, personalized UX systems tailored to user behavior and preferences
  • Lead behavioural research across diverse micro-personas
  • Help define motion UX to enhance interactivity and engagement
  • Set up AI-enabled workflows to boost design efficiency

As a UX Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on designing across web, mobile apps, and trading terminals. You will gain exposure to real-time user behavior data at scale (1.2M+ users) and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment with mentorship from senior designers and product leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design
  • Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies
  • Proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
