About the Opportunity

  • Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities:

  1. Support operations team in day-to-day activities, including case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  2. Conduct background verification checks for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues or customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  4. Contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization.
  5. Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  6. Adhere to data confidentiality and security guidelines to maintain sensitive information.
  7. Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate in any field
  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
  5. Detail-oriented with keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  8. Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred.
