Key Role Overview

We're seeking a driven and articulate professional to lead sales efforts in reaching out to Retail stores/institutions pan Mumbai, including modern Trade, General Trade, retail chains, institutions, corporates, Residential Societies, etc. You'll be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and onboard clients across D2C channels, local area groups, Retail, General trade, Societies, and corporates.
  • Coordinate setup and management of weekend booths from permissions to on-ground presence.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders using Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless execution.
  • Represent the brand professionally during all client interactions.
  • Capture customer feedback and provide market insights.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a nutritionist/Dietitian with strong interaction skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English; Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets: Ability to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead data.
  • Client Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role, comfortable meeting clients and setting up sampling events.
  • Time Management & Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.
  • Professional Appearance & Conduct: Warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed representative of the brand.
  • Goal-oriented individual to achieve company-wide objectives.
