Job Title: Server Infrastructure Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), ensuring optimal performance and security.

Configure and manage services in Microsoft Azure, including virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, networking, storage, and other infrastructure components.

Maintain server patching schedules, optimize system performance, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Implement and support backup and disaster recovery strategies using Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, or other tools to minimize data loss and downtime.

Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, track changes, and manage assets effectively.

Collaborate with security and network teams to maintain compliance and security standards, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements.

Provide L3/L4 support for infrastructure-related incidents and escalations, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.

Participate in capacity planning, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migration projects, contributing to the organization's strategic growth and development.

Engage with vendors and other teams to resolve issues and implement solutions, fostering a collaborative environment.
