Job Title: Network Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our team. As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report alerts from network devices
  • Work on raised and assigned tickets/alerts from the ITSM tool
  • Handle fault management with service providers for network-related issues
  • Coordinate with L2 engineers for issue resolution and change management
  • Perform network-related changes on network devices as per role and accessibility defined in SOP
  • Prepare and maintain network-related reports
  • Monitor and manage the Bank's network infrastructure (devices, links, etc.)
  • Provide escalation support for L1 (Zonal Engineers)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Valid CCNA / JNCIA / CCNP Routing and Switching / Security certification
  • OEM valid intermediate-level SD-WAN certification
  • 3+ years of experience in handling network operations
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
