Warehouse Management Solutions Specialist

This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer and operational outcomes through expertise in Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) and Transport Management Solutions (TMS).

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional solutions in warehouse management (WMS) and/or transport management (TMS), working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal system implementation and ongoing operational success.
  • Assist in supporting warehouse tenders for core and surrounding systems, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Support information systems application configurations, EDI, testing, and training, contributing to go-live activities and ensuring smooth system operation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Transport Management Systems (TMS).
  • Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and integration (EDI/API), along with testing and go-live activities.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Logistics or supply chain operations experience is highly preferred.
