About LEO1:

The AVP of Performance Marketing will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to ensure maximum impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor and optimize campaigns for app user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value, ensuring alignment with key business objectives.
  • Identify and implement new growth opportunities and marketing channels.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and others.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with designing user journeys and using nudges to improve user conversion and engagement.
  • Familiarity with in-app engagement tools and techniques to drive user retention and loyalty.
  • Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
