Job Description

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products. You will be responsible for creating and validating designs for complex problems and workflows through sketches, prototypes, and testing.

You will conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to inform design decisions and drive product improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business teams, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will need to present design ideas and conceptual models to stakeholders. Proactive collaboration with different teams for project status and timelines is also essential.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of the Keka Design System and Design Patterns by coming up with innovative solutions. This role also offers opportunities for mentorship and inspiration, where you can review the work of junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
