We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Associate. This position involves providing exceptional support to clients, executing projects with precision, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. They should be well-versed in project requirements, able to ensure timely delivery, and capable of guiding team members on client projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), maintain open communication, and address any feedback or concerns promptly.
  • Team Management: Provide training and development opportunities, offer constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Operations: Meet individual and project targets, manage internal and external reports, and execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) efficiently.
  • Miscellaneous: Demonstrate effective communication, participate in learning activities, and contribute to business unit-wide initiatives as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science (CS), or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in infringement analysis, claim charting, and telecom technology domains.
  • Proficiency in Wi-Fi technologies is an added advantage.
