Job Opportunity

We're seeking an early-stage startup to collaborate with on AI-driven digital products.

Our organisation's goal is to increase product and service visibility, user engagement, and create high ROI with marketing efforts on social media platforms.

  • Design and deploy large language model (LLM) powered bots, including auto-reply systems, content summarizers, and viral thread generators.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines with vector databases, such as Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • Fine-tune or open-source LLMs, such as Llama 3 and Mistral, for bot-specific tasks like persona mimicry and NSFW filtering.
  • Optimize cost and latency by using model quantization, caching, and hybrid rule-based + AI logic.
  • Implement stealth measures, including human-like delays, randomized phrasing, and proxy rotation.
Key Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience building Python bots, especially those using the Reddit API.
  • Experience with LLM integrations, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of detection tactics, including IP rotation and CAPTCHA solvers.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, with a focus on scalability vs. cost tradeoffs.
Technical Foundation:
  • Core: Python (Tweepy, PRAW, AsyncIO, LangChain, LlamaIndex)
  • LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or self-hosted (Llama.cpp, vLLM)
  • Infra: AWS Lambda, FastAPI, Docker, Redis (for rate-limiting)
  • Data: Vector DBs (Pinecone), PostgreSQL, Firebase
  • Bonus: Next.js/Streamlit for bot dashboards
