Job Title: Senior Credentialing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in provider enrollments, insurance credentialing, provider contracting, and recredentialing. This role is ideal for those who thrive in remote work environments and are committed to maintaining clear communication with our teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment processes, including filing Letters of Interest and completing enrollment applications.
  • Engage with payers via calls and emails to ensure successful application processing.
  • Demonstrate expertise in submitting required documentation for private commercial payors, Medicare, Medicaid, and other plans.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on active status.
  • Handle end-to-end processes for creating and maintaining provider details on various platforms.
  • Manage application and renewal processes for provider licenses, including Professional, DEA, and Controlled Substance licenses.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in provider credentialing and enrollment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in remote settings.
  • Proficiency in using credentialing portals and managing associated documentation.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and payers.
