Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security, Software Asset Management professional to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for maintaining and governing a centralized software catalogue across IT, OT, and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and govern a centralized authoritative software catalogue
  • Standardize catalogue entries, reduce version sprawl, and ensure alignment with support and lifecycle policies
  • Classify and oversee applications, including SaaS, browser extensions, and AI tools, for security, risk, and compliance considerations
  • Support intake, approval, and retirement processes for software assets
  • Partner with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Procurement, and Software License Compliance teams on risk reviews, onboarding, and decommissioning of applications

Additionally, you will leverage SAM tools such as ServiceNow SAMPro for automated discovery, reconciliation, and reporting. You will also configure dashboards and reports to provide visibility into compliance, utilization, and lifecycle health.

Requirements:
  • Full-time graduation from an accredited university
  • 4-6 years of total experience in IT Asset Management, with at least 3 years of dedicated experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • ServiceNow CSA certification mandatory
  • Practical experience with software catalogue management and lifecycle governance
  • Hands-on experience with SAM tools such as ServiceNow SAMPro
  • Strong understanding of ITAM principles, procurement lifecycles, and software governance
