Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in API testing, test automation, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure quality is built into the development lifecycle.
  • Design, develop, and execute functional and automated tests for APIs and UI applications.
  • Perform API testing/test automation using Postman, REST Assured, RestSharp or equivalent tools.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define test scenarios.
  • Ensure proper test coverage, defect tracking, and continuous integration of test suites.
  • Work on test data management, environment setup, and debugging issues.
  • Contribute to test strategies, automation frameworks, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in software testing, with strong API and automation testing skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies
  • Experience on testing third party applications integrations with Digital API's & workflows
  • Strong knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, REST Assured.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium with Java (or C#), Playwright, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests.
  • Experience with JIRA, and any test management tools.
  • Prior Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
