Job Title: Project Manager - Web Applications

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple web application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead web and CRM-related projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impact.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Evaluate quality standards and compliance with client requirements, ensuring excellence in project delivery.
Key Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the tech industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Strong understanding of web application architecture and CRM platforms, with knowledge of best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly.
