Mobile Web Application Developer Trainer

Description

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable trainer to facilitate training programs for aspiring developers in web and mobile development. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web and mobile application development, instructional design, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.

The role involves both technical and instructional responsibilities, including curriculum development, training delivery, assessment and feedback, mentoring and support, continuous improvement, and collaboration with the training team and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop training materials, curriculum, and resources for web and mobile application development.
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on coding exercises to teach participants how to develop web and mobile applications.
  • Evaluate the progress and performance of trainees through assignments, projects, quizzes, and exams.
  • Provide constructive feedback to help individuals improve their skills.
  • Orient trainees on relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools used in web and mobile development.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in web and mobile application development.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective training sessions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
