Job Title: US Mortgage Underwriter

We are seeking a skilled mortgage professional to review and evaluate loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Evaluating loan applications to determine creditworthiness of borrowers
  • Reviewing property values and collateral to ensure adequate coverage
  • Verifying income and employment data to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage underwriting
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with non-QM loan products
  • Knowledge of Collateral Underwriting and Income Review Specialist
