Job Title: Property Manager

As a seasoned property manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients buying, selling, and renting properties. Your key responsibility will be to assist clients in finding suitable properties through market research and negotiations between buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients in finding suitable properties through market research and negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Maintaining an updated list of available properties and promoting them through various marketing strategies.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, a valid real estate license, and knowledge of the real property and real estate market. Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals are also essential.

In addition, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently within a team environment. A bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
