Key Responsibilities

As a MarkLogic Developer at TEKDOORS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data solutions using MarkLogic. Your extensive experience with MarkLogic and strong background in data management will be crucial in migrating Java-based applications from Oracle to MarkLogic.

Technical Requirements
  • Design and optimize MarkLogic database structures, including collections, indexes, forests, and document models (XML/JSON).
  • Develop ETL processes to load and transform data from relational databases, flat files, and other data sources into MarkLogic.
  • Implement MarkLogic security features, including role-based access control, encryption, and auditing, to meet organizational security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Optimize MarkLogic performance through effective indexing strategies, query optimization, and efficient data modeling.
Desirable Skills
  • Good hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of data mapping and transformation techniques.
  • Experience with migration strategies from SQL to NoSQL (Oracle to MarkLogic).
